Typical Assessment Timeline

SCHEDULE your assessment

We will work with you to schedule a visit appropriate to your community’s size (typically 3-5 days.)

You will schedule various 45-minute consultant conversations with ecosystem players in such as:

• Education: K-12, higher ed, & technical and certificate training programs

• Government: elected officials, government & quasi-government organization supporting business

• Infrastructure: physical (roads, rail, air, etc.) & internet/tech

• Capital: banks, micro-lenders, granting/micro-granting organizations, venture capital firms, & investors/angels

• Legacy Businesses & Industries

• Emerging Businesses & Adjacent Industries

• Nonprofit & Community Supports: business development programs, entrepreneur support programs, & wrap-around services

RECEIVE YOUR REPORT

Consultant will use interviews and other research to construct a report containing a look at the present ecosystem, from the lens of past events and future goals.

Your report will include an inventory of entrepreneur ecosystem assets, strengths and weaknesses of the ecosystem, and suggested steps to attain stated goals.

The report is typically completed within 2-3 weeks of completion of the consultant interviews.
