City of Fort Wayne’s Summit City Entrepreneur & Enterprise District (SEED)
We built and launched SEED’s Build Fort Wayne initiative, which graduated 200 minority female founders in its first year.
Kosciusko economic Development Corporation
We completed an entrepreneur ecosystem assessment and built out a strategy for entrepreneur initiatives, focused on high-growth activity in medical device & agribusiness. We are currently building out an innovation space and accelerator studio set to launch in 2022!
Hotel tango fort wayne
We helped business owners from design to launch to Y1 assessment and growth. HT2 expanded after 18 months and again at year 2. The bar exited for a profit in 2 1/2 years.
Founders Spark
Helped from idea-stage to launch in program design, revenue strategy, and raising capital. At less than one year old, the venture scaled and more than doubled activity and income in year two.
