eMERGE is a fully online program that uses the entrepreneur's toolbox to train nonprofits to look for opportunities, embrace the pivot, and find their way forward in a COVID-19 world
Nonprofit Commitment:
Five 2-hour online meetings over 10 weeks
Approximately 2 hours of outside-of-training work per week
2-3 participants per organization (ex: CEO, board chair, finance manager)
eMERGE enlists entrepreneur coaches, uses small business support tactics, and pulls in subject matter experts (SMEs) critical to helping nonprofit organizations (NPO) learn to pivot their business model to survive and thrive. Training covers Mission & Strategic Planning, Programs & Operations, Finances, and Fundraising via cohort-based online learning, community-building through group learning, individual assignments, 1:1 nonprofit business coaching, and customized NPO next-steps planning guide for resiliency.
